Delete your IronMark account
You can delete your account in the app under Me. If you no longer have the app, delete it here instead.
Deleting your account removes it together with the contacts you shared, your spam reports and votes, and your name suggestions. It happens straight away and cannot be undone. We send an SMS code first to confirm the number is yours. Outside South Africa, Google's Firebase sends that code, and this page then loads Google's reCAPTCHA.
Deleting your account does not stop your number showing a name to other IronMark users. To do that, unlist your number.
Delete only your uploaded contacts
To delete the contacts you uploaded and keep your account, open IronMark, go to Me, tap Remove my uploaded contacts and confirm.
This deletes every contact name and number you uploaded, straight away, and turns contact sharing off. Your account, your spam reports and votes, and your name suggestions are kept. Copies in our backups are removed as those backups expire.
